pool verdreckt und dann gesperrt

wir haben das objekts wegen des großen pools gebucht. dieser war leider von beginn an so verdreckt dass man ihn nicht benutzen konnte (man konnte den boden nicht sehen und es schwammen stückchen and schwämme im wasser. die letzten zwei tage war der pool aufgrund der reinigung gesperrt. in der abwicklung danach war fewo direkt leider nicht um stande das problem zu klären oder eine teilsweise rückerstattung zu veranlassen

I did NOT like the booking payment process! I was a fouth party instead of dealing with you. A Danish furm needed a bank transfer..because thur credit card sysem did not wirk. The the pprooerty management company...you get the key from..needed an additional 300 euros...and the pick up was in a spot 10 klm from the prooerty. Need I go on? Not an experience I will ever repeat.
