Villa Vlyhada is a 100m2 home designed in two levels, able to accommodate 10 people in four double bedrooms, two more guests can sleep in two sofa beds in the living room. On the ground level, there is a spacious living room, cable TV, fireplace with sea views, and balcony door with direct access to the pool.

In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table. Additionally, ground level offers one double bedroom and one bathroom. Two more guests can sleep in two single beds.

On the upper level, there are spacious bedrooms, all of them offering air conditioning units, cable TVs as well as balconies with sea or mountain views. Two of the rooms have double beds while the other two bedrooms have two single beds which can also be joined as a double. On this level, one more bathroom is available.

The villa offers a private swimming pool and great outdoor areas including a jacuzzi tub for 2 persons, a roofed terrace with a stone-built barbeque, and a stone oven featuring a spacious outdoor dining table and chairs.

This is an excellent home where you can enjoy great scenery and comfort, ideal for vacations and excursions exploring the cities of Rethymno or Herakleio or just taking it easy and walking down to the wonderful Bali beach!

The villa is strategically located in a large gulf, 30km east of Rethymno and 50km west of Heraklion. Next to the village passes the National Road linking Heraklion and Rethymno, making Bali accessible from any part of the island. Bali is a popular seaside village resort famous for its four crystal clear beaches. They all are suitable for children and well organized. Moreover, water is cool because of the several springs around that carry fresh water into the sea from Psiloritis Mountains.The area offers a wide range of seaside restaurants, cafes, beach bars and water sports.
