Really Nice Apartment, great location

First time using Vacasa for our trips. Found this unit that seemed clean and comfortable enough for our family of 4. Reservation was easy as it gets. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Building look a bit outdated, and needs a bit of work in some areas, but you are not staying there for long so its ok. Apartment was perfecly cleaned up, organized and very well updated. With everything you need for a short stay. Kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Only thing I would check/correct is the sink and shower faucets that work oddly but nothing to worry about. Sofabed is a bit stiff but its sofa bed, good enough for kids and gets better putting some blankets on top. They provided all the linens, pool towels and some personal care products in case you forgot them. Since its residential building they have some strict rules regarding noise and the pool use, but its what makes the place quiet and perfect to rest. Pool area was amazing with lounge chairs, a couple of grill right next to the dock, which my wife didn't let me use beacuse we grilled during the day at the beach. Overall, an excellent unit to rent for short stays in Corpus Christi-Padre Island, 5 minutes away form Whitecap or Mustang.
