Freshly painted home with all new floors (vinyl plank & carpet). Brand new appliances.
The home sleeps a total of 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large, private backyard, perfect for spending time with family and friends. Large dining room table to fit all of the guests. 3 TVs in the house, 1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom upstairs (king bed room) and 1 in guest bedroom (queen bed). All TVs have subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu and ESPN.
Bedroom Configuration:
Master bedroom: 1 king bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed
All mattresses are Casper memory foam. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms.
Just 11 minutes to Bank of America stadium in Uptown. 10 minutes to Ikea. 19 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. 15 minutes to Fahrenheit Charlotte.
HOUSE RULES:
Guest access: access to entire home with the exception of 1 storage room under stairs (owner's use)
NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Outdoor surveillance on site, camera in the backyard set to privacy while guests are staying at the home.
