Not what it claimed to be

It is advertised as room and breakfast. But when I asked where we meet for breakfast, I was told that they don’t do it anymore. I had booked through VRBO and was very happy with the booking. I was even assigned a room for a pet. I was told that the room had just been deep cleaned. The floors were dirty and the full length mirror was very streaky. The TV would only allow me to get to the menu and no further. There was no instructions for the TV. I was asked to pay for my pet dog. I had to tell her that I had already prepaid. At that she wanted to know when I paid, how I paid, and to whom. And this was one of the owners. Later she yelled to me from across the parking lot that she found all this info and that all was ok. I know that this was cheaper, but I would rather pay more for accommodations and service that are as advertised and up to standards.
