The ground floor consists of a corridor over which you reach the combined living room with kitchen. Here you will find the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and sufficient cooking and eating utensils. In the living area is a cozy corner sofa set and the flat-screen TV. From here you can also access the equipped with garden furniture and parasol terrace. Also on the ground floor you will find a guest toilet. From the hallway, the staircase leads to the upper floor with bathroom (shower, washing machine, toilet) and two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds (additional flat-screen TV). The lawn is completely fenced and therefore suitable for children (swing available) and dogs. A parking space is located directly on the property.
