The 52sqm newly renovated 1.5 room apartment with Mid Century furniture is located in the popular district of Eppendorf.
5 minutes on foot to Eppendorf University Hospital, 10 minutes to Eppendorfer Baum or Eppendorfer Weg with great shopping.
Great balcony for breakfast. TV with DVD and a turntable for playing the small collection of vinyl LP's. Connection from your own phone to the music system
1 bed is in the bedroom with 1.60 X 2m.
The second bed is folded out of the sofa bed and is 1.60 x 2m in size. The two rooms are not separated, but are provided with a privacy screen.

The kitchen has a large fridge and an induction cooker.

The bathroom has a shower tray and a sink.
Cupboards in the storage room and in the bedroom let your things be stowed away well.

The Scholl Strasse siblings are very quiet.
There are parking spaces in front of the house or in the neighboring streets, depending on the time.

Opposite is Elena's Back Bistro with great cakes and fresh bread for breakfast.
There is also a very good lunch table there.

Ideal for UKE day clinic guests and their partners, seminar participants or vacationers, as it has a very good connection to the public bus and train network of the HVV.

Bis auf das Wetter okay. Leider waren die Parkplätze in den Straßen kostenpflichtig. Mit 10 Euro/Tag aber bezahlbar.

Absolutely recommended

This beautifully curated apartment was indeed an excellent home away from home and a splendid base for explorations as it is situated in a charming neighbourhood, which is well connected to public transport. Plus the balcony deserves a special mention, a great place for breakfast or dinner.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sauber und zentral gelegen, Kleines Manko, es gibt keinen kostenlosen Parklatz, überall sind Parkautomaten. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
