This luxuriously appointed home is located in a peaceful residential community enjoying an extremely private aspect from its pool and BBQ deck. Featuring a stand-alone hot tub and private pool which can be heated (optional charge applies). The pool deck has plenty of chairs & sun loungers to enjoy the year-round sunshine and includes a large lanai with fans & lighting. A high degree of privacy is afforded from the pool deck as the home occupies a privileged oversized plot. The gardens are beautifully planted and the villa is perfect for sun lovers. Located within 10 minutes of grocery stores, shops, restaurants and attractions on US Highway 192 with the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks a further10 mile drive away. The villa benefits from 2 King master bedrooms with their own bathrooms, 1 two twin bedded room and a fun bunk room for children. The villa is fully air conditioned including a fantastic games room which has a pool table and Foosball available. The spacious home has a formal living room as well as a family room and breakfast area. There are TVs in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range and dishwasher. The home also has a washer and dryer and a good supply of towels and linens etc. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Awesome place

We had a great time there. Everything that was listed was there and then some! There was an abundance of pool towels, plenty of propane for a 6 burner grill, and pool toys. The hot tub was very relaxing. We would definitely go there again!
