Detached very well maintained holiday home with 2 bedrooms up to 5 persons
The well-kept, detached holiday home with modern furnishings and fittings offers space for max. five persons. The living area is 83 sqm. On the 900 sqm plot with Mediterranean garden and mature trees invite different terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. In addition to a large, covered terrace with sea views, there are two double bedrooms, a friendly living and dining area, and modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower. The house has satellite TV (modern flat screen TV), central heating and washing machine. Both long sandy beaches and the city center of Calpe with many shopping and entertainment venues are only a 5-minute drive away. Public swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurants are within a short walking distance of about 5 - 10 minutes from the house. Pets are not allowed.

Fabulous

Our stay in Casa Eva was first class. The villa is beautiful inside and outside with fantastic views. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Car is necessary due to distance from town and beaches. Beds a bit too firm. Also the option of a "Welcome Pack" would be beneficial as we arrived very late and there are no shops nearby to pick up supplies. Apart from these two details fantastic stay.
