Cozy Clean Cute Condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. I loved that it was on a lower level. The beds were very comfy. I loved the cute and fun decor. It was very cozy and homey. Booking through Southern Vacation Rentals was a first for us. We usually book directly with owner. I was not fond if that. We did not have tv for the entire stay. The cable was not working and the smart tv in the living area would not cooperate to be able to use Netflix, Roku, etc. instead. I was able to access Roku on the master bedroom Roku tv because it was a Roku TV. However, I didn’t watch it much because when we got in bed we went to sleep. It was a nice and pleasant place to stay other than not having the living area tv to watch in the evenings while we relaxed in the condo. I would stay here again if the tv issue is corrected but would prefer to book directly with the owner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this unit.

The perfect condo!

We loved the funky design of this condo and had so much fun hanging out, cooking, taking advantage of the spices that are available for use and the beach toys that are there, will definitely choose this condo again!!

Very nice property

Unit is nicely furnished, well decorated and stocked with beach essentials. Location is convenient to the beach. Famliy enjoyed the stay. Manager was helpful and responsive. Building only had 1 working elevator which was a draw back.

Snowbirds

My husband and I decided to be snowbirds for the first time for 2 months. This condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We provided toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher supplies. Grounds, pool area and outside bathrooms were cleaned and well maintained. Loved that is was on the beach. Unit book and info on refrigerator stated beach chairs were included and to ask at the tiki hut but we were told our unit was not on the list so that was a bummer. Other than that everything was wonderful and we would definitely go again. We left just in time before the spring breakers came.

Great fall break

We had a great time! Nice and relaxing, and the views are amazing! Only thing I would recommend is bringing all your own paper products as there are not enough to sustain a whole family for more than a day or so.
