Avon Park Vaca

So Overall the house was great. The location was nice. This property has a little something for everyone fishing, swimming, hot tube. Kid friendly, Great for family groups! There was a few issues that we addressed with the owner and he was quick to get back to us. The only things i would say that would really improve the experience is some more furniture. For example Nightstands in all the rooms would be a big one! Its nice to have somewhere to plug your phone or put a glass of water. And to the older crowed I no a lot of people with breathing machines. Also a dresser would be nice for anyone not staying more then a night. I know I'm not a fan of living out of a suit case. All in all I would rent this house again. If your traveling with a large family there is so much space for everyone. We enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful lake house

We had an incredible stay at the Lake House. Owner was easy to communicate with and very accessible. We had one minor issue and it was rectified within the hour. The house is laid out very well for a big group or family and the beach and outdoor space is incredible. The kitchen could use a few more dishes/utensils for the number of guests. We loved our stay and if we are ever back in Avon Park we would stay here for sure.

What a great stay for a long weekend! The house is great, location was close to everything, but honestly the best part of the house is the LAKE! Crystal clear spring fed lake. Amazing visibility and would def bring snorkeling gear next time! Host is responsive and helpful!
