The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Thank Goodness for the view and the location. The unit itself still leaves a lot to be desired, even though Marty in Maintenance was able to make several major improvements to the Unit while we were there, much still needs to be done to command their high Rental Fee. This was our Twelfth year as Snowbirds doing long term winter rentals. This is our fourth different unit in Beau View (an excellent facility). In addition we wintered in two different units in The Legacy down the street. This was definitely in the poorest condition of any of them. Over the Twelve Years we have dealt with many different maintenance departments and by far Marty and Her Team were the best. She saved the day more than once. The living room furniture is very stained and extremely uncomfortable. The lighting was pitifully inadequate and there were no drapes in the living room. With the Southern Sun glare you could not even sit in the room without sunglasses on. The TV is way too small and is not a Smart TV. I had to buy additional equipment in order to stream programming. In addition we purchased a recliner to augment seating. We also bought two pole lamps for additional lighting. The Dining room chairs were unsafe with many braces missing. Andy from maintenance did a great job of making sure three were stable enough for seating before my older Sister visited. Marty ordered a new table and Louis and Andy put it together and it was much better. The kitchen is not well provisioned beyond the basics. The dishwasher is original and past it’s useful life. There was no light in the Pantry. We added a stickup battery light so we could find things. It needs work but the views are among the best on the Coast and the Maintenance Team is great. I would not rent again at those prices without a remodel and upgrades.
