This property is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1km from the downtown area with many shopping opportunities. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
The apartment has a private entrance and a large terrace with lake view in the up to 6 people can leave the day behind.
Suitable for families with children, couples traveling together or small groups. In summer offers plenty of space for activities and attracts those seeking peace in autumn and winter.

In the period from 2016 to 2020 the new Westpark of the Landesgartenschau 2020 will be built in Überlingen.
For this purpose, extensive work is being done on the transformation of this area in Überlinger Uferbereich West, in front of our apartment.
This creates an attractive public park with free access to the lake but unfortunately also one or the other annoyance by the concomitant accompaniment for you as our guests.

Achtung Gemeinschaftsküche

Die Wohnung verfügt lediglich über eine Gemeinschaftsküche, was aus der Beschreibung nicht klar erkennbar war (Information sehr versteckt). In Zeiten von Corona unzumutbar!!! Zudem war die Küche für die gleichzeitige Benutzung von 2 Familien unzureichend ausgestattete. Daneben war es sehr hellhörig zur Nachbarwohnung, weil diese nur mit einer Glastür getrennt war.
