This same space includes two leather sofas and a wall-mounted TV, while an additional lounge area, complete with a sectional sofa, shuffleboard table, and another TV can be found adjacent to the kitchen. Complimentary YouTubeTV is equipped throughout the home for guest convenience and entertainment with additional streaming available with individual logins.

Out back, the large, enclosed yard boasts multiple seating areas for socializing and al fresco dining, a gas fire table and grill, a Ping-Pong table, wall-mounted TV, and a sparkling pool.

For sleeping arrangements, this home features four cozy bedrooms including one main suite with a king-size bed and shared bath, two rooms with queen-size beds, and a kid-friendly bunk room.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
