Problems problems...
Very dissapointing experience. I will never stay in a Ryson Rental again. House was cleaned 2 mo before our checking according to the card left on counter. There were dead bugs all over and a dead frog. When I complained I wad asked.if I took pictures! Wow. Then we arrived to have TV being repaired that lasted for 2 days in our home...heater never worked and temp dropped super cold that first night while there and I called rental office that night and left a email communication. Toaster broken, microwave problems, 1 dish towel for an entire kitchen. When I spoke with office I verbalized my frustration with all if this also the place was dirty, all dirty dishes in cupboards and silverware we had to rewash everything. I bathed my kids in bathtub that has mold in drain with mold on shower curtain...the water was so foul smelling. Instead of an I'm sorry I was met with an attitude that "how would Ryson possibly know there was a problem unless someone has reported the problem". Oh also the light switch on wall was broken off so one could not even try to turn on our table light. So no one knew about a broken light switch on a wall in plain view?? Then when I call to complain I get resistance? Normal business etiquette is an I'm sorry but from Scarlett I got pushback and an argument. She didn't appologise for the condition of this property until she later. Good luck staying at this house. Nightmare is all I can say and I payed good money for this. So stay here but beware if you need something? No one will respond because no one checks their phone messages and no one on call for an emergency.
I think this facility was rented in substandard condition. Maybe this company should do a walk thru and check for broken things and not act oblivious with reported concerns. Last vacation EVER with Ryson Rentals.
