Spacious, cozy, comfortably furnished apartment on the ground floor of the farmhouse with two separate bedrooms. The 180 x 200 cm or 2 x 90 x 200 cm beds in the bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep after an eventful day. They have a comfortable bed edge height of about 50 cm. Here you will also find a flat-screen TV if required. The apartment has an open, fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, induction box, integrated microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom with almost floor-level shower, double washing and underfloor heating guarantee the highest bathing fun. The dining area is right next door in the living room. Here you can spend a cozy evening on a large, comfortable, pull-out couch, which can also be used as a bed for two adults. The Full HD 65 inch TV will make your new home a true vacation experience. Almost all rooms are furnished with fine woods (wall paneling, coffered ceilings, radiator cladding, etc.), creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The floors are covered with wooden floorboards or tiles, so that the apartment is also suitable for allergy sufferers. Furthermore, the apartment has its own approximately 20 sqm terrace with direct views of the Rauschberg. This is accessible from the kitchen and the master bedroom. The associated approximately 50 square meters of lawn area can be used by children both for playing and adults for sunbathing and barbecues. If the sunbathing area is too small, you can prove its golfing skills on the 18-hole golf course right next to the house. This can be used by house guests at reasonable prices (green fee discount).

Our quietly located house with its comfortable and lovingly furnished apartments offers you the opportunity to relax and unwind. Gorgeous, extensive hiking and biking trails invite you to excursions through the picturesque Bavarian countryside. In addition, the 18-hole golf course with the attached driving range in the immediate vicinity of the experienced golfers offers the special opportunity of training or the beginner in the ever increasing popular golfing enjoyment. By the way golfing holiday guests receive a green fee reduction on the Ruhpolding golf course. In winter, you can use the Winkelmoos ski area and the perfectly groomed trail network, which passes directly in front of the house, without any restrictions. Furthermore, Ruhpolding is an ideal starting point for trips to nearby attractions such as Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Kufstein, Innsbruck or Bad Reichenhall to name but a few. Adult p. Arrivals are possible from 12:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
