Wow, incredible property perfect for groups on the exclusive west end! This home is perfect for two families and has a private pool. Having the option of creating two separate living spaces or simply opening a door to combine them is such a great feature. Two kitchens, two living rooms, and plenty of space to spread out. This home is a two-minute walk to white sand beaches and clear emerald coast waters. This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is completely renovated and features two separate living quarters on each side of the home. The living quarters are connected by exterior doors which makes this home ideal for large families. This location couldn't be better. Far away from resort crowds and only a short drive to 30A, Pier Park, and many local attractions.

Large family vacation

We really enjoyed the property on our large family vacation. The majority of us stayed here and the private pool, space, and short walk to beach access was great! It was very spacious and we had plenty of room with our group of 16 occupants. Kevin was very nice and answered promptly prior to and after arrival. The bikes and few things from the listing were not available, however this property was perfect for our group. We would book with one of Kevin's properties in the future.

Great Property! Would recommend!

From the rental process to checkout, Kevin was a breeze to work with. Check in/check out was a seamless no contact process. The property was as advertised. It was clean and well managed. The layout worked perfect for us. It is a simple 2 minute walk to the beach but the bonus of a pool in the back yard. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would highly recommend this space for a couple families or group of friends. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect house for our 2 families!

Location was great! Kevin was easy to get in contact with about anything. Was a perfect house for our 2 families, love the set-up of having 2 actual houses that make 1 big house!

Great Location!

It was our first time staying at this property and we loved our stay! The private pool is amazing, plenty of room for everyone, one block to beach, and Kevin is always great to rent from.

Great vacation stay for friends/family!

Kevin was fantastic to rent from. And the property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Great rooms, cute space, easy walk to the beach… we couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back!
