The under-house concrete parking makes loading and unloading a breeze, and the young ones will be happy to stay outside and have fun on the lighted deck with play area, while dad cooks up dinner on the BBQ. You'll also find the laundry room and fish cleaning station in this area.

A large south sundeck is perfect for soaking up the rays, and inside vacationers will be happy to discover that this home was designed for groups, with bedrooms and a bath at each end, bordering a central great room.
