PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The holiday villa number 1 with communal pool is about 110 m² and suitable for 4 persons. It consists of ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there are two halves of the living room; one is in front of an open fireplace and the other is suitable as a TV corner. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric hotplate, electric oven, microwave), a bathroom with shower (washing machine), air conditioning(groundfloor only), TV, satellite dish, DVD player.
On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms(colling fan) and a bathroom with bathtub.
In front of the house you have a covered terrace, a barbecue area and a swimming pool, with outdoor shower. The swimming pool is however used together with the guests of a neighbour house. A parking space is available.
Wireless internet, safe deposit box, hairdryer.
Cots, high chair, baby bath and fitness room are on request.

The holiday villa is part of a complex of 5 adjoining holiday villas. The facility is located in the countryside, in a small village called Burici (Kanfanar). These are pretty country houses with 2 swimming pools (The houses 1 and 2 share a community pool and the houses 3,4 and 5 share a communal pool)
The village of Burici is located in the interior of Istria, yet only a stone's throw from the coast (only 17-18km from Rovinj).
Burici is an ideal starting point for visiting many historic cities, such as Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Motovun or Svet Vincenat.
