Vacation apartment in a two-family house, just 1 km from Monte San Savino. The owner lives on site, 50 m away. At guests' disposal: equipped garden and gazebo, pop-up pool, private barbecue. Swing and billiard room. Baby crib and high chair at free disposal. We recommend a trip to Lake Trasimeno with its equipped beaches (30 km) and Cortona, surrounded by Etruscan walls and overlooking the Valdichiana Valley (30 km). The position is perfect to reach the most interesting cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Arezzo, Siena and Umbria such as Perugia, Assisi. The bedroom with 3 beds on the second floor is without door.

Excellent sejour

Accueil très chaleureux, maison très propre. Propriétaire très sympathique sérieux et attentif qui nous a fait profiter de son potager. Belle vue. Joli jardin. La region est tres belle et interessante. Très bonne expérience. Merci à notre hôte.
