Perfect

The house accommodated our large group perfectly. The large open areas were great for hanging out and playing cards. The pool and game room were a bonus for the kids. There was plenty of space, plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms and it was right on the beach!

Excellent house but…

Overall, we really liked the house. Upstairs has a living room and den with ample kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms/baths. - two fridge/freezer and separate ice maker - was very nice having two dishwashers!!! - Ok sized pool which was private (and on ocean side). Very relaxing. - right on the beach! The check in/out process was clunky and frustrating. Had to call several times through VRBO to a listing group, which told me to call a different management group. Had no advanced instructions to check in or out, door access, or wifi. Had to initiate all on my own. They need to refine this in a very big way. When I was able to get in touch, they were helpful

Great for big families

We had a fabulous experience at Oceans Nine. The house has been completely renovated and has everything you could possibly need for a great time at the beach. It is perfect for multiple families or an extended family group, or just a group of friends! The property management group was attentive and helpful - easy to reach via email or phone when we needed anything. We will definitely be back!
