The floating house Sea Breeze is at home in the far north and is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the Baltic Sea on the jetty.

Water as far as the eye can see and a wonderful sea breeze ... The breathtaking backdrop can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts, and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, the Baltic Sea and the marina. The Baltic Sea is only a bathing ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort can be reached on foot. In the dark season, underfloor heating and saunas provide comfort, because the wellness program must not be missing on board. In addition to the harbor cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment program and various board games provide entertainment ... What do you want sea?

The floating house extends over three levels. The open plan living and dining area with an all-round water view, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace is on the upper floor. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with a view of the sailing and sports boat harbor, the loop and its mouth into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and electric barbecue, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets.

The relaxation area of the house is on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna.

The master bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed scores with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window through which the breathtaking water scenery can be enjoyed and an adjacent surrounding terrace. In addition, the master bedroom has an additional flat screen TV.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together.

A children's travel bed with mattress and a highchair are available for younger guests on request.

Of course, the sauna and brushing swans also have a view of the sea or brushing your teeth.

If you want to travel by boat, you've come to the right place. There is a private berth with shore power and water directly at the house.

A private parking space is located directly on the jetty.

Our favorite spot: after a long day at the beach, take a sauna session and then take a sundowner onto the terrace.
