The first floor Great Room is equipped with 65 inch TV and Formal Dining Room that can comfortably seat 6;

Free private wfi with smart TV in 5 bedrooms;

The spacious loft area features an entertainment area of theater.

The unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you arrive.

*Heated pool/hot tub is option at $35/day and BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation. The two options need to be paid at least 2 days before arrival. If guests request pool heat after they arrive, $35 trip fee will be charged.

* PARKING:
Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted.

* Trash pickup
Trash must be bagged (Loose trash will not be collected and will result in a fine of $75). Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.

Perfect for a big family

The house had everything that we needed. Plenty of space, electric tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, ice. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat. Breakfast bar was perfect for the kids. The only thing in the kitchen I would change is to have a good cleaning dish soap to get the pots and pans cleaned properly. The bedrooms were plenty big and all of us had plenty of room and a great sized bathroom. I did have a concern about the cleanliness of the mattress pads on the beds. I think all bedding should be cleaned after every stay. Our kids enjoyed having the theater room to themselves and the pool table. We opted to have the heat on in the pool/hot tub and I’m glad we did it was worth it. Loved having the bathroom off of the pool area so nobody was tracking pool water through the house. Nice bonus was having the master bedroom on the main floor.
