About this property

Are you looking for peace and want to forget everyday life? Then you are welcome to us. We offer a great holiday apartment in a very quiet location. In addition to the good features of the apartment you will find an idyllic plot with chestnut trees and calming stream. Everything right on the edge of a landscape conservation area. Biking, hiking, Nordic walking ... Everything is possible.
Our apartment is about 77 square meters and 2015 was equipped with a new bathroom, new living room, dining area and many nice details. There is a master bedroom with changing table and if needed a cot available. In the nursery is a new loft bed, as well as some toys for all ages to find. The large kitchen invites you to linger at the large dining table. From the newly furnished living room they look into the 1200 m² garden which is located directly on the stream. In the garden you can have breakfast, bake bread at the campfire or just relax while looking at the surroundings, the forest and the meadows. The house is located in the outskirts. Your children can learn a lot here. They experience a new adventure every day. Whether scavenger hunt in the village, a visit to a turnery in Girkhausen or milk at the farmer ... In our garden, the children are also allowed to camp ...

Super schöne Lage

Das schönste für Kinder ist der große Garten mit sehr viel Spielmöglichkeiten, viel Beschäftigungsmoglichkeiten in der Garage und als allerbestes, der angrenzende Bach! Den Kindern wird nicht langweilig! Kommunikation mit den Vermieter sehr gut und problemlos, so macht das Spaß! Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hat alles, was man braucht. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich: Es könnten mehr Haken an den Wänden sein. 😉

Am besten gefiel uns der Bach...

Bei der Ankunft begrüßte uns eine vollgestellte Garage mit allerlei Fahrzeugen für die Kinder mit Unkraut um das gesamte Haus und vertrockneten Kakteen im Hausflur sowie ein beißender Essensgeruch von den Untermietern im Haus! Wir hatten die obere Fewo. Der Blick aus der Küche war super schön genau wie die ganze Gegend! Die Schränke sind leider voll mit alter Deko, die Dielen knarren wie verrückt, es fehlte leider an Fliegengittern was bei der Mückenscharr durch den Bachlauf dringend nötig wäre! Der Garten ist wunderschön groß aber leider wirkt alles ziemlich veraltet und ungepflegt. Der kleine Bach am Garten ist herrlich und es machte den Kindern viel Spaß darin zu spielen! In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten mit Kindern den Urlaub attraktiv zu gestalten zum Beispiel in Winterberg oder im Panopark! Der Urlaub im Sauerland war sehr schön, die Fewo ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Schade!

Kurz mal raus aus dem Stadt Gewusel mit kleinen Kindern

In der FeWo ist alles on Board was benötigt wird für groß und klein, sowie ganz klein ;-). Spielzeug reichhaltig für out und in Door vorhanden und draussen zusätzliche Ausstattung für die Forscher und Abenteurer - ein Kinderparadies. Die Landschaft lädt zum Entspannen und Abschalten ein. Also einkaufen, Vorräte befüllen und danach sich die freie Zeit gestalten - genau so soll es sein.
