Good location

We enjoyed our stay at this two level property in a good location. It is next to walking trails and a lake park. The pool was heated and there were pool towels to use in the Condo. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. During our stay the garage door opener was not working, so we parked in the parking area instead which was a short walk.

Great location

Clean and comfortable accommodations. Beds were great, loved the sheets, lots of room to spread out, kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone else!

Enjoy barbequing while relaxing in the nearby pool or spa. Explore all the activities the Greenbelt Park has to offer just steps away from your front door. Activities such as frisbee golf, basketball, water splash pad, several playgrounds, fishing, skate park or utilize the bikes made available to ride the 7-mile bike path along the park. The newly renovated 2-floor condo is just steps away from the 7-mile stretch Greenbelt Park within the beautiful Parkview Villas of Scottsdale. The property's location allows awesome views from every room in the condominium along with access to take advantage of the many activities the park affords just down the steps from the 2nd story entrance.
