The kitchen in the living room is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. Through the living area you reach the north-east-facing balcony overlooking the village. The apartment has a parking space in the underground car park.

Newly built in 2017, Haus Maxim is centrally located on Bülowstraße in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. In the direction Lindenstraße opens up from the hillside the panorama of the Baltic Sea resort. After about 500m you reach the charming promenade, the longest pier in Germany and the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafes, various shopping and entertainment venues and all the amenities of a beautiful resort can be found within a few minutes walk.
