This unique one story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (villa) offers over 1,300 square feet of living space and comfortable porch.

You’ll enjoy a comfortable living room, dining room and all New kitchen appliances, with a breakfast counter, refrigerator, microwave, K-cup coffee bar, airfryer, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity. Adjacent to the main living areas you’ll find another full bath and bedroom. Other features include 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Le Reve Charmant~Best Cottage house at Martinique on the Gulf!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Le Reve Charmant. It is beautiful cottage house that was immaculately clean and included all the amenities needed for our 8 days! The Martinique staff was great at communicating with us and checked during our stay.This was our families 23 visit to Martinique on the Gulf but the first stay at! I would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Loved the location and the property. The property was spacious, convenient, comfortable, beautiful, and immaculate. It was truly a wonderful experience. I love the gated community of Martinique and being away from the congestion of Gulf Shores. The beach is fabulous. I will definitely want to stay in Martinique again and especially in LeReve Charmant!

Best Kept Secret

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I hesitated to submit this review, but couldn’t keep the secret to myself any longer! This was probably one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in! Everything was truly perfect, from the upscale linens, gorgeous decor, kitchen supplies and location on the property. Comfortable and very clean. Seamless check-in and checkout procedure. Not one issue during our stay. Golf cart was a life saver and our (grownup) kids loved the flexibility of coming down to the beach whenever they wanted. We hated to leave but we will be returning to Martinique for our next beach vacation for sure. Peaceful, relaxing and just what our family needed.
