We have stayed at several VRBOs and this one was THE BEST. The property manager was beyond wonderful . . . very personable, responsive, friendly, and you could tell actually enjoyed her job! The check in process was so organized and easy. The property was clean and stocked as described. Any issues/concerns were promptly addressed. And your check out was the best of any others we have stayed at. I highly recommend this property/management if going to Hilton Head.

Great location/property

This was our 2nd stay in Hilton Head and our 1st in Sea Pines. We loved this property and location - the 10 minute walk to the beach was great! The beach itself was very private and not crowded at all. Our kids biked throughout Sea Pines (and to Starbucks!). Highly recommend!

A hidden gem

43 Night Heron was very private, cozy, and well furnished. The home was one of the cleanest properties we've ever rented on HHI. It was within walking distance of the beach, and the beach gear credit was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place with only the essentials.

This place provided what we needed. Beds to stay and a kitchen to use! Nothing fancy, a dishwasher, two showers, two bedrooms, couches that provide extra bedding and other basic essentials. Some things to improve on would be a better cleaning crew. I’ve stayed a couple of places that use this cleaning crew and they do just the bare minimum. Our feet were black after an hour of walking around and with two babies under two, we chose to mop the floor. We did multiple times and it was pretty nasty. Other than that, the pillows are pretty basic, the bedding is thin so bring your own if you like weight. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet which isn’t a huge deal, just threw it in the dishwasher. Bring or buy your own trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. They give you the bare minimum and definitely not enough for a weeks stay with as many as they advertise can stay in the rental. Gone are the days that Sea Pines meant nicer stays. Now they’re just like any other place. Nice but nothing special.
