The villa is rented as standard with 4 bedrooms, and is therefore suitable for 8 people, but at an additional cost of 15% can also be rented an attached 5th bedroom; it is located at the lower part of the garden, and has its own bathroom with toilet. Through the 2 glass doors you have a beautiful view of the adjoining nature reserve.
Next to the airconditioned living room of 60m2 you will find the open kitchen with all modern conveniences and giving access to one of the terraces. There is both an open and a covered terrace. On this level you will also find the master bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. These share a spacious bathroom with bath and shower, and there is a separate toilet on this floor.
In the fenced garden you will find the heated pool of 12 x 5 meters. Only children that can swim will be accepted. The garden borders the nature reserve, and is close to the golf course. From this beautifully situated villa you are 2.7 km from the famous beach of La Nartelle, or the center of Sainte Maxime.
 

Cancellation costs are:
If canceled up to the 42th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit.
Cancellation from the 42th calendar day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: 60% of the holiday home rental.
Cancellation from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of arrival: the full holiday home rental.
