2024 Masters Rental - 4 Bd/3 Ba 3150 Sq Ft + Heated, Saltwater Pool + Fire Pit!

Enjoy a relaxing, coastal vibe while visiting Augusta, GA for the Masters Tournament 2024! This house in Evans (12 miles from the Augusta National) has 4 cozy bedrooms (sleeps up to 10) + 3 full bathrooms + a heated, saltwater pool (40' x 16') with a natural rock waterfall! The pool is kept at a very comfortable 85 F and great for swimming laps or just playing around (we have lots of towels, robes and goggles) and you'll love the sound of cascading water.

We are in the process of adding on a large flagstone patio, fire pit area and bocce court, so the outdoor pictures in this listing are no longer up to date, but we will update them as soon as we've finished the projects.

The only caveat is that we have just built an addition onto the house and we will be staying there during your stay.

- 4 Bedrooms for up to 10 guests (all upstairs):

The master bedroom at the top of the stairs is its own suite with an electric fireplace, an exercise nook with a pool view from the treadmill, plus its own large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub (for 1-2 guests).

The tropical bedroom features a split king bed that can be converted to 2 twin XLs if needed (one medium mattress and one firm mattress; for 1-2 guests); this has a pool view.

The flowery bird bedroom down the hall is great for a single traveler who can enjoy a full-sized bed all to themselves or a few kids who will have to decide who gets the top bunk (for 1-3 guests)! No pool view.

Across the hall, the beach bedroom is for those who'd like a queen bed, desk and a heated, massage chair while they watch TV (for 1-2 guests). No pool view.

We also have a cot for an extra guest if needed (for a 10th person).

There are 3 full-sized bathrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs.

There is also a washer and dryer upstairs if needed with laundry detergent, stain remover and dryer sheets. This room actually has a pool view!

Common Areas Downstairs + Extra Amenities:
Guests can enjoy their morning coffee or tea prepared in the coffee nook (there is a large drip coffee maker, electric kettle, Mr. Coffee iced coffee maker, Keurig + pods and a Nespresso + pods) in the bright front sitting room that faces east or have a large breakfast all together in the dining room that seats 8 comfortably. The glass table in the kitchen can fit 4 people.

You'll feel like you're in your own kitchen with plenty of room to prepare any sized meal with a double oven, glass stove top, Breville combination microwave (it's an oven and air fryer too!) and one of the quietest dishwashers ever so you won't be disturbed while just hanging out, watching TV in the living room or playing games (of which we have plenty including Catan, Cribbage, Mexican Train Dominoes, Quacks of Quedlinburg, Battleship and more + lots of puzzles and books).

Then, after you get home from the Tournament, we provide Fubo TV so you won't miss any of the Masters coverage or you can relax and enjoy the sunset from the living room while sitting around the gas fireplace or outside around the pool after grilling on the large charcoal grill. For hanging out at night, you can sit around the fire pit set above the pool and play a game of bocce on our well-lit court.

We also provide firewood, charcoal, lighter fluid, breakfast foods and juices, coffees, teas, laundry supplies, luggage racks, bed linens, towels and toiletries to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

Important Notes: If clean is important to you, you'll appreciate this house. We keep it clean, and ask the same of our guests. You wouldn't know by visiting, but 2 cats live here; so please consider that if any of your party deals with allergies.

Once booked, we will reach out to set up a time on your arrival day to meet you to show you around and welcome you to our house. We are very flexible with check in and out times.
