Our unit in the beautiful location of Coralville Iowa, a short drive from the University and all of its sporting complex's. Also just a 2 min walk to Hy-Vee! Access to the property is made simple through free parking 24/7, and a short walk from your car to the front door. When you enter the unit you will notice our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay. Fully stocked kitchen available to you, HuluTV for live TV, and a private patio to for a breathe of fresh air.

Very clean

The inside was very clean. We had no internet or tv. I was told it was out of their control. For the future maybe send someone in to check and make sure everything is working. For people needing to work its an inconvenience to have to go somewhere with wifi especially when you have paid for that service included in the price.

Location!

My Son and I travelled to Iowa for orientation at the University. This place was perfect for us in that it was an easy drive to the University and a nice place to stay while searching for apartments for him. Plenty of restaurants around, and a quiet area. Pleasant stay.
