A beautiful new building - cozy, fresh & modern.

Fully equipped to a high standard, for a super relaxing & enjoyable stay.

You arrive, park your car in our spacious underground car park and easily access our beautiful family flat using your individual access code - which you will receive by e-mail one day in advance. (Large double bed, two single beds + optional sofa bed).

Once here, you may use all the amenities we provide. Whip up some delicious meals with the kitchen utensils or make yourself a tea/coffee.

We love it when our guests feel at home.

On the day of your arrival you will receive an email with a detailed description. In it you will be shown step by step how and what works - don't worry.

But we can already tell you that everything is super simple and automated.

Viel Platz und helle Räume

Das Apartment ist geräumig und so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die zentrale Lage ist super. Wir haben das Auto erst wieder bei der Abreise gebraucht . Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war dafür perfekt.

Sehr gute Wohnung in prima Lage

Wir waren als Familie 3 Nächte vor Ort. Die Lage ist wirklich super und die Wohnung für eine 4-köpfige Familie bestens geeignet. Wegen unserer sehr kurzfristigen Buchung ruckelte der Check-in etwas, was aber mit der Agentur schnell behoben werden konnte. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Moderne Wihnung in guter Lage

Wir waren zu fünft mit 3 kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung. Alles sehr schön und sauber. Die Küche und die Ausstattung ist etwas minimalistisch für eine Familie. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Tiefgarage nicht nutzbar und wir mussten etwas unpraktisch auf der Straße parken. Dafür ist uns der Vermieter aber sehr großzügig bei der Miete entgegen gekommen also alles prima!

Also, you can visit a historical town hall that is 1,1 km away and observe the stunning view. Don't forget about visiting the St. Peter's Cathedral that is 900 meters from the apartment.
