Our cozy upstairs suite with studio and balcony was created in 2010. It is particularly suitable for Usedom lovers, whether small groups, hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists up to 4 people. The property is located in the middle of the island in the village of Ückeritz between the Baltic Sea and the backwater. The beach is about 1,500 m away. The concert shell and restaurants are naturally part of the surrounding area. You can have breakfast e.g. B. in the picnic grill restaurant 100 m away. The train station is approx. 450 m away. There is a surf school in Ückeritz and the usedom climbing forest is around the corner in Neu-Pudagla.

Suite Lisa (FR):
The Lisa Suite, which was only built in 2010, has a balcony. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 beds each. In the studio there are 2 additional beds (double bed). The living room with dining area and kitchen is upstairs. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a sink and shower. The house has a parking space .. The balcony faces south. Attention: The studio is accessible via a steep staircase, therefore unsuitable for small children!

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Wunderbarer Urlaub auf Usedom/Ückeritz

Objekt Lisa Eine zauberhafte Wohnung,super zentral,kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof und zum Strand ,sowie in den Wald. Kurze Wege um Einkäufe zu erledigen,ganz toll,da wir ohne Auto da waren. Perfekter Service(es war leider eine Schranktür in der Küche und im Schlafzimmer defekt)wurde prompt erledigt. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jedem weiter empfehlen und hoffen,nächstes Jahr wieder buchen zu können.(muß noch auf die Bestätigung vom Arbeitgeber warten für meinen Urlaubwrten) Liebe und herzliche Grüße Manuela Arglebe
