Der Gschwendtnerhof liegt im Hochtal Hintergschwendt am Fuße der Kampenwand und ist ganzjährig mit dem PKW erreichbar. Von April bis Oktober besteht eine Busverbindung nach Bernau und zum Chiemsee. Eingebettet in idyllische Natur, umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, bieten sich neben zahlreichen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bergsteigen und Mountainbiken eindrucksvolle Ausblicke auf die Berge und das "Bayerische Meer". Hintergschwendt ist ein ruhiger Ortsteil der Gemeinde Aschau i.Chiemgau. Im Jahre 1984 wurde der Gschwendtnerhof als Ferienwohnanlage mit 26 Ferienwohnungen und einer Gaststätte im oberbayerischen Bauernstil neu erbaut. Im Kellergeschoss: Abstellraum und Trockenraum/Skiraum, Gemeinschafts-Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis, Kicker, Spielecke und Sitzgelegenheiten. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Gaststätte mit Biergarten im gleichen Haus auf der Rückseite.
Helle Nichtraucher 1-Raum-Ferienwohnung 38 qm im 1. Obergeschoss mit Balkon und Bergblick, Wohn- und Schlafbereich kann durch eine Faltwand abgetrennt werden, Schlafraum mit zwei getrennten Betten, Wohnraum mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch, Essecke, Telefon, W-LAN und SAT-TV, Küchenzeile, Badezimmer mit Dusch-/Badewanne und WC. Liegewiese am Haus für alle nutzbar.

Enttäuschend..

Die Wohnung wirkt altmodisch und ist für 4 Personen SEHR beengt und für ihre Lage (man fährt 10 zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Aschau) und Ausstattung SEHR teuer. Wir haben in Aschau schon heller, größer, zentraler und dabei günstiger gewohnt. Sauberkeit und Check-In waren aber gut.

Sehr angenehme Lage ,Hunde fühlen sich sehr wohl. Sehr angenehm lage ,Apartement sehr schön . Kochfeld nicht sehr leicht zu bedienen ,macht nicht sehr viel spaß zu Kochen .schade .

Ruhiger Urlaub

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit war einerseits wunderbar, man musste andererseits zum Einkaufen etwas weiter fahren. Aber das kann man regeln. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Möchte ich weiterempfehlen.
