The property features a huge front and back yard and is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. This is a quiet and private spot yet close to everything. The house gets great light all day in every room and features a large farmer’s porch with outdoor dining table overlooking the majestic Shawangunk Mountains. There are two large bedrooms each with queen beds and each with amazing views on the second floor. There is a full bathroom on both the first and second floors. The first floor features beautiful wood floors and a large open kitchen with lots of counter space, stove, oven, microwave, a large fridge and everything you’ll need to cook your meals. The adjoining dining room is surrounded by windows with especially spectacular morning light allowing you to observe beautiful birds and the occasional deer walk by as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon snack. The living area is just off the dining room with a comfy couch and seating, and makes for a great reading room. There is a separate den also on the first floor with a 32 inch flatscreen TV with cable and Netflix, and a pullout couch. The house features a one-car garage, central air conditioning , washer/drier, dishwasher,and good Wi-Fi. With the sofa bed sleeps five.
