From December to March you will experience the greatest snow fun in Wintersport Arena Sauerland.
There are 8 snow-sure ski areas (with 150 lifts, 300 hectares of slopes, 500 km of trails, 400 snow machines, 74 ski lifts, 96 ski runs, 9 toboggan lifts and 40 toboggan runs, 60 ski huts, discotheques, bars and cafés).

Hiking trails, cycling routes, ski runs, toboggan runs, bike park, Kappe experience mountain, Kahler Aste and all other great impressions or relaxing activities are available.

Accommodation
Do you want to enjoy your vacation? You are going to be in good hands with us. We are offering you our fully renovated 3 room apartment "Zeven Ster" for your well-deserved vacation.
You will find a 98 m2 large, smoke free 3 room apartment with all the comforts you can imagine including WLAN/WIFI. The spacious hallway with various cupboards, a mirror and a wardrobe offers you a warm welcome. Our large living room with dining area invites you to relax. A large flat screen TV (55 inch).
The room will lead you to the magnificent balcony, looking out to the southwest. The main bedroom features a twin bed as well as an extra sleeping place, TV and a desk.
The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and an extra sleeping place. Here too, you will find a television, a Playstation with a laptop table and a charging station.
In our fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a ceramic cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a dish washing machine, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, (Senseo and  Nespresso), a blender, etc. In short, offering every convenience imaginable. The bathroom is a true little SPA oasis. A Shower, toilet and a double sink, a heated towel rack and floor heating make this possible.

Home
The home is located in a quiet side avenue, but still close to the center, as well as the ski and hiking trails. A separate bicycle storage, storage for your skis, a washing and drying basement and a garage are at your disposal here. You will find a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer in the washing room. When the weather is good, the children will be able to play in the garden and you can have a barbecue.

Surroundings
Close to the center but still quiet. All activities can be reached from here by foot.

There has also been thought of the inner man. There are cozy cabins and pubs where many people experience a cozy Après sport (including Après ski). In the center there is plenty of choice to enjoy local and international cuisine.

The Sauerland is also known as the land of the "thousand mountains" thanks to its high peaks, deep valleys, rivers, winding roads, rolling meadows, vast forests and cozy villages. The Sauerland is without a doubt one of the most beautiful, diverse nature reserves in Germany. Walking is possible on every level of difficulty and condition thanks to the extensive hiking network of hundreds of kilometers, through the varied nature with beautiful views. The town of Winterberg with about 4500 inhabitants is best known for the unprecedented winter sports opportunities so close to the Dutch border. But throughout the year there is much more to experience such as: mountain biking, abseiling, gliding, golfing or mini golf. The area has a wide variety of culture, architecture and historical monuments. Various nature parks and wildlife parks are also waiting for you to be discovered. There are many opportunities for children in the area. There is the Peter Pan amusement park Nimmerland, the Mäuseweg with all kinds of discoveries in the forest and the lookout tower on the Kahler Asten. For the larger children there are a climbing trail, a summer toboggan run and a bungee. When the weather is less nice, you can visit one of the swimming pools in the area, with slides and lots of water fun.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
