Chic holiday bungalow on stilts with sea views, only 100 m straight line to the Baltic Sea beach.

5 minutes walk to the promenade with pier, Kurmittelhaus, restaurants and shops. Then the marina with surfing and sailing schools.

Grossenbrode is a recognized Baltic Sea spa and is surrounded on three sides by the sea. It is the insider tip for relaxation and rest right by the sea. The island of Fehmarn can be reached in 5 minutes by car via the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Ship passages to Denmark via Puttgarden are ideal.

The house was completely modernized and rebuilt in early 2017 after major renovation. New design, new room layout and new comfort bathroom invite you to relax and unwind.

610 sqm well-kept garden with lawns, bushes and beds surrounded by trees (not fenced). Beach chair, garden furniture and toys available. Carport, parking spaces and storage room (with washing machine) directly under the house. Pets allowed.

Living room glazed to the sea side with large veranda. Open dining-living area with satellite TV. Modern lacquer fitted kitchen with ceramic hob / oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and dining island. Shower room with toilet and underfloor heating. Infrared heating elements in every room provide cozy warmth in the cold season.

1 master bedroom with double bed and mirrored wardrobe, 1 children's / guest room with 2 single beds and shelves. There is 1 leather sofa bed in the living room.

Hochzeitstag ohne Handy und Laptop. Nur mit meiner Frau und unserem Hund. Endlich mal wieder ein paar Tage entschleunigen. Einfach großartig!!!!!

Schöne Lage

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine optimale Lage für den Urlaub am Meer. Vorab die Info wo der Schlüssel zu holen ist, wäre gut gewesen, hat aber alles wunderbar geklappt. Über die Bar Kaution haben wir uns etwas gewundert, da dafür keine Infos vorhanden waren sondern nur bei telefonischer Meldung erwähnt wurde. Wir waren zwar nur 2 Nächte da, war trotzdem schön.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut und die Lage auch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Leider ist die Wohnung komplett ausgekühlt gewesen und durch die Bauweise (freistehendes Stellzenhaus) und die vorhandenen sehr kleinen und ca. in Kopfhöhe an der Wand angebrachten Heizköper, konnte wir die Wohnung erst nach 12 Stunden heizen auf angenehme (immer noch nicht warme) Wohntemperatur bringen. Dieses vorheizen, so wurde es uns zumindest gesagt, sollte von der Verwaltung vorher geschehen. War es aber leider nicht (die dafür zuständige angestellte gestand auch, dass sie nicht wüsse wie die Heizungen aussehen und wie die Thermostate funktionieren). So war das Haus komplett ausgekühlt und die unterbringung leider eine Zumutung. Die Verwaltung kam uns leider kein Stück entgegen.
