This modern 2-room apartment is 55 square meters and is located in the 2nd. Upper floor of the 2018 newly built beach residence. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 persons. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa set with coffee table and flat screen TV as well as a dining table for shared meals. The modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, etc. is also integrated in the living room. Through the living area and the bedroom you reach the south-facing covered balcony, which promises many hours of sunshine. The bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200), a wardrobe and flat screen TV. The spacious modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower with real glass partition and vanity / WC. A parking space in the hotel's own underground car park guests can use. (Attention double parker max 1.90 m car height, max 5.20 m car length, max 2.20 m car width, max. Carrying capacity 2.6 t). Bring your own bicycles can be safely parked in the bicycle cellar.

In a quiet beach location, right on the Ahlbeck promenade, is the newly built, completed in 2018 apartment complex Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie. With a beach access right outside the door and the surrounding green of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. In the back apartments, guests can enjoy the sun even more. The beach is especially wide and beautiful at this section. A bit away from the pier and the main Ahlbeck beach you can swim and relax in peace. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck can be reached in about 10-15 minutes walk. Diverse shopping possibilities, restaurants and bars of the seaside resort await their guests. The three imperial baths offer an eventful art and cultural summer as well as a variety of events even outside the main season. The golf course "Baltic Hills" is about 10 minutes drive.

A special highlight is offered in the low season (15. 9. - 15. 6.): In the house a small wellness area with two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna) including showers and relaxation room is available to guests free of charge. The saunas can be used daily from 15:00 to 21:00 o'clock

Für uns einfach toll 😊

Wir waren schon sehr oft in Ahlbeck, es ist immer wieder eine tolle Erfahrung. Diesmal war es das erste Mal in dieser Unterkunft und wir müssen sagen dass es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Einzige kleine Anmerkung die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem Hundestrand und nicht alle halten sich an den Leinenzwang, was bei Menschen mit Angst Vor Hunden nicht gerade auf Freude stößt. Für uns ist das vollkommen o. k. wir haben zwar keine Hunde aber wir lieben sie.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, einfach zum wohlfühlen!

Die Ferienwohnung kann wirklich empfohlen werden. Sie liegt direkt hinter den Dünen. Fahrstuhl, Tiefgarage vorhanden. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gern wieder.
