The Jackson Cottage - 5 Minutes from Downtown

From the first step inside, the feeling of home in this beautiful 3 bed, 2.5 bath space is unparalleled; it's undeniably brimming with comfort and coziness! The interior is complimented by warm colors, inviting furniture, a decorative fire place, and an abundance of natural light. All of these cozy characteristics transcend throughout the home to create an ambiance that is perfect for any sort of vacation experience! When it's time to venture out, be prepared to indulge in many of the city's top rated restaurants and neighborhoods within 5 minutes of your departure! Walk to the Nashville Farmer's Market and Bicentennial Mall or explore nearby Germantown - home of great eats/drinks/live music and the new baseball stadium. The convenience to downtown, the Gulch, the football stadium, and many more glorious staples of Nashville, will be the icing on the cake in this charming "home away from home".

Layout:
This beautiful home is 2 stories. The main level is comprised of a large front hall, opening into the living room, kitchen & dining area and half bath. Laundry area is also located on this floor. The second level has a large master bedroom with 2 queen beds and en suite bathroom. There are an additional 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), and there is a full bathroom with a separate vanity room. 

Parking:
Parking is located on street directly in front of the home. If not available, park on same side of street. 

*Please note that the fireplace is purely decorative and not available for guest use!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. 

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email, and contact Safely at Concierge at Safely dot com or go to Safely dot com, if you have any questions. Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
