About this property

This three-bedroom, 1,900-square-foot home with a 15-by-35-foot heated swimming pool (great for water volleyball and laps) is located in north central Phoenix, which puts it within 30 minutes or less from Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, the Cardinals football stadium, most spring training ball diamonds, Cave Creek, Tempe, Sun City, Chandler, Lake Pleasant, Anthem, and gambling casinos. Easy access to Phoenix's Interstate system (a half mile west of I-17 and one mile south of the loop 101, north side). The home is located in a quiet, middle-class neighborhood with a large Frisbee/playground park one block south. Lots of shopping and restaurants, including Arrowhead Mall area, within 5 to 15 minutes. Our daily lodging rates compete with nearby motels, including a Red Roof Inn and La Quinta, but we offer so much more. Full kitchen, three bedrooms, TV room with free Amazon Prime TV and Netflix, along with dozens of digital over the air local stations. Free Wifi and Foosball table. Top-of-the-line washer and dryer. Enclosed doggy run area. Three-day minimum stay, with a 3% discount for 7 days to 27 days and 7% discount for 28 days or more; $25 flat fee for pets; $75 cleaning fee. No other fees. NOTE: This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-2205.

Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and that the pool is only 4.5 feet deep in the center and 3.5 feet on the side. NO DIVING.

The sliding glass door in the living room opens directly onto the deck and pool. There is no fence. Children should always be supervised.

No jumping into the pool from the top of the waterfall area at the back of the pool (east side). You can hurt your feet and legs.

Perfect Place

We reserved this place to get our daughter settled for college and celebrate her 18th birthday a couple of days apart from each other. David was really responsive, and the place was wonderfully stocked and furnished and quite cool considering the extremely hot temperatures in August in Phoenix.

Stayed here for a concert

Went to a concert in Arizona, stayed at the house, walked in and instantly felt comfortable, place was clean and cozy, pool was clean and warm. Place was well centralized, close to all sorts of amenities, Dave (the owner) also answered his texts from me if I had any questions, would absolutely stay here again

Loved the pool

Within 10 minutes of showing up my kids were all ready enjoying the pool. The owner was there when we arrived to fix something and he showed us how to run the pool and gave us some tips on other things. Really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to doing the same trip again.
