All 3 bedrooms are set up for maximum comfort, with brand new medium-firm mattresses and plenty of pillows.

There are closets in each room as well as a washer and dryer inside the home with complimentary laundry detergent. Our kitchen is fully equipped. There is a smart TV with Roku in the living room as well as 2 of the bedrooms.

Take in the entertainment of your own backyard. Hang out by the fire pit and roast marshmallows with loved ones in our Adirondack chairs or put some grub on the BBQ and enjoy a meal outside!

Smoking is not permitted inside, however for smokers there is an ashtray provided for the Lanai and outdoors. Not 420 friendly anywhere on the premises.

Great location, very comfy

The property is just 2 miles from downtown Dunedin and very close to the bike trail The king bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all the basics. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Driveway and loose stones

As a senior citizen with a knee replacement and a bad hit that loose gravel driveway got to go same with the paving stones on that front walkway or porch or whatever it is that you may want to call it. Those paving stones got to be secured. Not a secure feeling for someone like myself walking on those loose stones

Just What We Needed

Our stay at this property was wonderful. I must say the host was very thoughtful with the items left for guest to use. The home was perfectly curated for all ages. More than enough sleeping room, the amenities and location was great. You won't be far from anything you can think of (with reason). The neighborhood is nice, quiet and clean. My younger ones really enjoyed the toys since we didnt get the warm weather starting out.

We absolutely loved staying at this property it was portrayed accurately online as it was in real life. The only thing we truly didn't like was that the bathtub would not drain the water fast and would take long for it to go down the drain. But other than that we truly cant complain

I have been a Clearwater local for about 6 years now and I love this town! My husband and I have 2 toddlers and a mature Lab/German Shepherd mix... They are my everything, and I try to design the home with them in mind to make it very family and dog friendly!
I love to host parties and gatherings, and my dream as a little girl was to own my own Bed & Breakfast! So this has been a wonderful way of reaching my life goals, and I hope it shows in your stay!

This home is close to beaches, downtown Clearwater as well as Downtown Dunedin. It is close to the Pinellas Trail, and just an overall great location to see some of all Clearwater has to offer!

What makes this property unique

It is close to Public Bus, the Jolly Trolly and Pinellas Trail that is a walking/biking trail taking you almost the full length of Pinellas County... It makes walking to Dunedin a breeze!
