About this property

Vacation home with pool and panoramic views of the Monferrato vineyards that reach the Alps. Large garden with a corner with children's games. About 30 km away are Asti as well as Acqui Terme (9-hole spas and golf club). In Agliano Terme (6,5 km) in June there is a wine fair dedicated to Barbera wine. From October to November in Alba (37 Km) is held the White Truffle Fair. The beautiful city of Turin at 83 Km. On request and payment: cooking classes, catering, wine tasting, Nordic walking, truffle hunting, bike rental. The caretaker lives in an apartment with separate entrance for the maintenance of the pool and garden. The janitor has pets (dogs and cats). The last floor has mansard roof.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open mid May - mid Oct..
