"Sunrise View" offers a restful atmosphere where you can bring your boat and fish the Bon Secour River & Bay, Mobile Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. 3 BR, 2 Ba unit will accommodate up to 10 people. Open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with attached balcony for a marvelous view of the river that faces East for a "Sunrise View". Imagine the mimosas on the balcony.
The space
3 bedrooms. Front to back, Bedroom 1 with Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 with queen bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds for 4 twin beds total.
Guest access
You will have access to your apartment, A or B, ad the underneath of the building. Parking will be on the left or right of the stairway. Boat trailers can be parked on the grass behind the building. Boat ramp at Aquilla Seafood at the end of CR 10.

Family oriented

Overall the location, the space, was comfortable as if I was home away from home. But it was lacking cleanliness (towels and now sheets had stains on them), furniture was broke. and needed to be fixed. At a few points we felt it to be unsafe for our smaller kids due to weak wood on the stairs and patio and the back shower didn’t work but we made due cause our kids wanted to take baths.
