The space features decorative cement floors throughout, modern updates, and amenities galore! Recently remodeled you will be one of the first to experience the new! You will love the style and finishes.

Enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable Queen size bed, with quality linens and pillows. You can enjoy a movie from your bed utilizing the rotating TV mount.

Bright and clean bath with newer fixtures, including a shower, high quality towels/linens, shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer for guest use. Full size washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom.

Kitchenette makes eating in simple and convenient. Fresh white cabinets, new counters and recent updates makes meal prep more enjoyable. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster should ensure that you have all the right tools.

Dining area with table & stools for eating in or makes for a large work space when working from home.

Living area with comfortable couch and 55" flat screen Smart TV makes for a great night of lounging.

FREE parking for one vehicle in driveway and additional street parking is also free.

In sprawling Gabriel Park, there are sports fields, a large skate park and picnic areas. Stores selling women’s fashions, rustic home decor and antiques cluster around Southwest Capitol Highway.

The home is convenient to I-5, OHSU, Hillsdale, South Waterfront and Downtown. Approx 5-7 min to the OHSU campus and South Waterfront, located within .5 miles of Multnomah Village, minutes to I-5, Barbur Blvd and Capital Highway.
Public Transportation: Bus Stop 367-SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy & 30th - .3 miles & Bus Stop 340 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy & Dosch- .4 miles.
MAX Lightrail is South Waterfront/SW Moody MAX Station, Southbound & Northbound OR Oregon Zoo MAX station. Both approx. 3.6 miles. You can park at the max station and get anywhere in Portland Metro including PDX, Beaverton & Hillsboro.

~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge of $60 on all stays over 15 nights.
