About this property

Our cottage is located in a very quiet street overlooking the Menhir.
The house is made of wood and was completed in 2012. We tried to use only environmentally friendly materials for the construction and that is really nice and warm.
It is very suitable for a large family or two families, since in 1. Floor 3 rooms and a bathroom and on the ground floor two rooms and a shower.

Magnifique maison

La maison est très agréable a vivre, la vue du salon est magnifique, sans vis-a-vis. Quel bonheur d'aller à la plage à pied !

maison parfaite pour vacances reposantes en famille

Nous avons adore notre séjour d'été (1 semaine) dans cette spacieuse maison. Nous étions 10 personnes (2 familles) et l'emplacement des chambres était parfait (une famille par étage) qui permettait aux enfants de se séparer a l'heure de couchage sans trop d'excitation :) Pour le reste, la maison est bien entretenue et comme indiquée sur les photos. Elle est bien située non loin des plages (la plus proche a 5 minutes de marche) et du centre ville (max 10min de marche pour aller au port). L'endroit est très calme et résidentiel ce qui était exactement ce que nous recherchions pour nos vacances. Les propriétaires des lieux se sont montres disponibles et joignables. En conclusion nous avons adore ces vacances dans cette maison et si l'occasion se présente de retourner dans cette magnifique Bretagne, nous savons ou nous souhaiterions loger.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in der Bretagne.

Dieses Haus ist sehr schön von außen und von innen. Alles ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr schön, dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gestellt werden. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass wir sehr gut selbst mit den frischen Lebensmitteln vom Markt und dem fangfrischen Fisch lecker kochen konnten. Die Lage ist sehr wunderschön, ein großartiger Ausblick auf Feld und Menhir und dann das Meer so nah. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den Strand und das Meer genießen, den Sonnenauf- und -untergang bewundern. Einzig an den sehr warmen Tagen, die wir hatten, ist das Haus ebenso warm. Da ist die Lüftungsanlage nachts kaum ausreichend. Gase an den Türen bzw. Fenstern wären für einen Durchzug ohne anschließend zahlreiche Mücken im Haus eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.
