New building - apartment with panoramic views

Our newly built detached house (built in 2017) with one-bedroom apartment (first time use 2018) is located in a small development area in Klosterreichenbach, a suburb of Baiersbronn, with a great panoramic view of the valley.
The apartment has a separate entrance which you can easily reach via an outdoor staircase.
Our apartment offers you the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, skiing and much more.
The modern new apartment invites for cozy hours and offers a covered terrace with stunning views of the mountain and valley landscape.
In winter, after an active day, you can end the evening in front of the cozy stove.
The ski lifts at the Schwarzwaldhochstraße can be reached in 20 minutes. Car ride.

It is also possible to book the apartment with 2 children if you have a travel cot for a child or if it sleeps on the sofa.
Please inquire before booking, each additional person we charge 10 € / day.

Obligatory to pay locally and NOT included in the rent is the tourist tax. This is € 2.60 per person / night and is payable on arrival.

Silvester im Klosterreichenbach

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Nur hätte ich mir vorab ein paar Infos gewünscht 🤗 Wir sollten erst ab 17:00 Uhr anreisen und kamen im dunklen an, die Adresse war falsch und wir konnten telefonisch niemanden erreichen. Dies war kein so guter Start. Die Wohnung ist schön, modern und hell eingerichtet. Und wir bekamen, auf Nachfrage, Holz für den Kamin bereit gestellt.

Gemütliche und Moderne Ferienwohnug

Die Ferienwohnung ist am Wohngebäude der Vermieter in einem schönen und modernen Wohngebiet am Ortsrand. Man hat einen seperaten Eingang sodass man nichts voneinander mitbekommt, was sehr angenehm ist. Der Ausblick von der Terasse geht übers Dorf in den Wald. Obwohl es eine Kellerwohnung ist, sind die Räume schön hell. Die Couch ist sehr gemütlich, das Bett etwas weniger. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt udn Modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 Kaffemaschienen, zahlreichen Tößfen und Auflaufformen, sogar Babylöffel/-Schalen gab es. Wie haben unsere 10 Tage Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten prima von dort aus loswandern mit Routen in den verschiedensten Schwierigkeitsstufen.

Mooie locatie maar geen communicatie met de verhuurder

We hebben de indruk dat we niet welkom waren als Belgische gasten . We hebben verschillende dingen gevraagd maar geen antwoord gekregen pas toen we zeven dagen ter plaatste waren kregen we antwoord.toch niet netjes vinden wij we hebben in ons verblijf geen enkele goede dag of contact gehad met de eigenaar. Daarbij nog vieze ramen. Slechts een velletje toiletpapier en noem maar op . De locatie was supper het uitzicht ook . Maar een vriendelijk woord is veel vriendelijker. We hadden er meer van verwacht.
