Our family-run apartment house is located in the heart of a very beautiful environment. The street is hardly used. The beach is 70 meters away.

We always welcome singles, couples and families. Our visitors appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of our house. So there are not a few among them, who have become loyal regular guests over the years.
With us you will find everything under one roof: tastefully furnished apartments with air conditioning, internet connection, an outdoor grill and ...
All leisure activities, beaches, restaurants, shopping opportunities and sights can be reached quickly, so you can plan spontaneously. We are happy to give tips on leisure activities and cultural highlights of our city Zadar and its beautiful surroundings.

Tolle Lage, sehr netter Empfang! Vermieter unglaublich herzlich und freundlich

Süße kleine Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse in Ruhiger Lage. Bei gutem Wetter perfekt, bei schlechten Wetter wäre es uns allerdings zu dunkeund zu eng geworden. Zustand der Wohnung und Einrichtung völlig in Ordnung. Das Bad und die Lüftung könnten allerdings zeitnah überholt werden
