UPSCALE IN THE PRESTIGIOUS BIGWOOD GOLF NEIGHBORHOOD – 4 BEDROOMS, 3.5 BATHS, sleeps 8.

With breathtaking Baldy views, detail and elements of surprise abound in this luxe style home. It offers gracious but unpretentious living that is perfect for a vacationing family wanting to relax or to entertain. Besides being moments from town and slopes, you can enjoy the use of the Big Wood pool and tennis courts in the summer. This is a favorite for summer or winter! Central Air Conditioning throughout the first and second floors of home except for the main level master. A potable ac unit is provided if needed.

As you enter into the foyer, you will be drawn into the light filled living room that is warm and inviting with rich textures in furniture and carpets. It has two large seating areas that offer family and friends plenty of room to lounge, listen to music or watch TV. Curl up, relax and unwind in front of the large wood burning fireplace. This sumptuous room will be perfect for entertaining, or to just lounge after a day of outdoor adventures.

The sun filled kitchen is fully equipped to fulfill every chef’s dream. It has a center island that creates a cozy, warm ambiance where family and friends can gather while the chef creates culinary creations. The dining room being steps away has a large trestle table and cozy bench with plenty of seating for 8 or more. This is perfect for entertaining or just sharing some of life’s simple pleasures.

Just off the dining room, is an expansive yet secluded patio that is bursting with lush surroundings and colorful flowering pots. Have a barbeque while you enjoy magnificent Baldy views.

The main floor master suite is its own secluded wing. This spacious suite is filled with antiques, a king size bed, flat screen TV, and baldy views that will lull the vacationer into utter bliss. The adjoining bath has a Jacuzzi tub. This room does not have air conditioning but have a portable unit if needed.

Up the beautiful wrought iron stairway, guests will enjoy one of three bedrooms. This master suite is a serene room that has been beautifully decorated with lush fabrics and luxury linens. Spend the afternoon lounging on the warm sun filled window seat or just take in magnificent views of Baldy and the north valley. Let your cares melt away lounging in the king size bed, which is appointed with a flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. The adjoining bathroom has double sinks and a large Jacuzzi tub.

Another guest room offers twin beds, which is perfect for children, canopied in lovely fabric and reaching to 20’ ceilings. The other guest room has a full size bed that can accommodate two more guests, sharing a bathroom.

Just off the kitchen, are the powder room, laundry room and hallway leading to the heated two car garage.

Access to the Bigwood association pool and tennis courts.

Fabulous property in beautiful Ketchum

I cannot say enough fabulous things about our family trip. This home was perfectly located and chock full of cooking supplies for our 3 dinners in. Julie was very approachable, always replied to questions promptly, and her home was great for my 6 family members- Two 50 year old couples and our 80 year old parents. Julie suggested delicious restaurants and day trips from Ketchum. It was ALL TOP KNOTCH. The back patio was our main living and hang out area ooooh The views of Baldy and colorful hanging baskets were so special. We hope to come back!!!

House was just right for our family

Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay and found the house accommodated our group quite well. Location is great. Easy to get to dollar, sun valley and town, our most common stops.

Holiday vacation getaway

The house was ideal in every way...minutes from town and the mountain and had all the comforts of home (Sonos, nice china, crystal glasses, comfortable furniture, etc.) The layout was absolutely perfect for our family composition...the two master suites were equally lovely. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for our Christmas getaway!

The house fit our needs perfectly for our Christmas getaway with the grandchildren. It was extremely clean, fully equipped and provided a relaxed, beautiful setting for our family. Julie could not have been more helpful prior to arrival, during our stay and continues even after our departure. Since we were going to be away from home for the first time at Christmas it was important to me that it was as festive as possible. My request for getting a Christmas tree for the kids prior to my arrival was met with enthusiasm and exceeded my expectations. She allowed us to send our suitcases and packages ahead of arrival and assisted in arranging to have someone come in to unpack and organize so that we were able to immediately begin enjoying our house for the holidays. Any request was met and fulfilled. The ability to be able to cook and eat at home when we wanted was a benefit that offered flexibility and relaxation to our schedule that we would not have had at a traditional hotel rental. We were able to host a beautiful family Christmas Eve dinner in a relaxed, comfortable setting that will provide special memories for years to come. Julie, the house, and the beautiful setting made for a wonderful Christmas vacation and I could not be more appreciative and thankful. I highly recommend this house and owner.

Terrific location

We used the house for a guys mountain biking trip. Could ride from the house to great trails. The house is right on a golf course so we enjoyed a round of golf. Also a short ride into town to many cool restaurants.

This property has the Best location. Located just north of Ketchum, this home has a large outdoor patio to be able to entertain with amazing views of Bald mountain. You would have access to the exclusive Bigwood association pool and tennis courts. Central AC throughout except for the secluded main level master suite but has a portable unit if needed.
