Amazing views from this fully furnished one bedroom / one bath condo on Longboat Key! Sleeps 2. Friendly gated community with 4 pools, tennis court, club house, grills, shuffleboard, laundry room, 2nd floor unit in elevator building with parking space right by the elevator. TV in living room and one in the bedroom. Cable and internet provided. You have a beautiful view from your lanai going out to the bay and right across the street is private beach access with bathrooms and showers. Beautiful breeze when you open the sliding doors in the lanai, ahh so nice! Must be approved by HOA board before rental, application and background check required. Minimum one month rental. Discount for Mutiple months rental. Prefer 90 day rental for January - March
