You live in a prime location, just a few meters from the promenade and the center of Ahlbeck is also within easy walking distance, less than 5 minutes away. And inside you can look forward to a modern and very stylish apartment with a casual design. Nothing will be missing in the equipment either.

You prefer a location close to the beach and have a preference for unusual design? Then we welcome you to the newly designed holiday home! Usedom with a difference: very modern, trendy and funky! On 50 square meters, 1 bedroom with a double bed offers enough space for 2 adults. On request, we can provide a children's travel bed (without additional mattress & bedding) and a high chair (for an additional charge) for our little guests.

Gut

Souterain ist leider immer etwas feucht. Terasse ziehmlich klein. Sauberkeit ok Fliegengitter nicht dicht und Fenster inkl. Fliegengitter nicht sauber. Ausstattung gut aber man sieht schon Abnutzungserscheinungen (Toilettenbrille geklebt, etc) Auch haben ein paar essentielle Dinge in der Küche haben gefehlt. Wir hatten das Gefühl dass sich nur um das nötigste gekümmert wird aber nicht mit Herz (zb. Kerzenleuchter mit komplett runtergebrannten Kerzen) Aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt schön.

Gute Wohnung

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Sie ist nett und modern eingerichtet. Leider waren teilweise Hundehaare in der Wohnung verteilt. Vielleicht sollte man dort Teppiche wählen, welche kürzere Haare haben und sich somit besser reinigen lassen. Ansonsten ist die Lage echt top. Es waren nur 2 Minuten zum Strand.
